Use good lighting: Natural daylight works best for accurate colors and fine detail.
Shoot at eye level: Take the photo at your pet’s eye height. Your pet does not need to look directly at the camera.
Get close: Fill the frame so we can capture your pet’s unique features, including facial details and markings.
One pet per photo: Please upload one pet per image for the best quality.
Keep it sharp: Avoid blurry or low-resolution photos.

If you only have one photo, or if your pet has passed away, you may absolutely upload that photo. Our artists will carefully enhance and adjust it to create the best possible design.

Every photo is personally reviewed by our team, and you’ll receive a free digital preview for approval before production. If your image doesn’t meet our printing standards, we’ll contact you and help select a better option.
