How does the custom pet pillow work?
Choose your style and size, upload a photo, and our designers prepare your artwork. We email you a free preview – once you approve it, we print, sew and ship your pillow from the USA.
Will I see my design before production?
Yes. We email a free digital preview first. Nothing is printed until you approve it.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet’s eye level, with the whole pet in frame. Not sure? Upload it anyway – we check every photo and will contact you if it won’t print well.
How long does delivery take?
Fast, free, tracked delivery from the USA: most pillows arrive in 4–8 days (Monday to Saturday, not counting Sundays). Custom-shaped pillows printed on both sides take 5 more days. You’ll see your estimated delivery date before you order, and we email your tracking number as soon as it ships.
What happens if I don’t like my preview?
Just reply with what you’d like changed and we’ll update the design before anything is made.
Can I order multiple pets?
Yes – each pillow is made from one pet photo, so add one pillow per pet and upload each photo separately.
What sizes are available?
Pet-shaped and face pillows come in 12", 16", 20", 24" and 28" (measured on the longest side). Pillows with a name and memorial pillows come in 14" to 20" squares. 20" is our most popular size.
Is my pet printed on both sides?
Our standard pillows are our fastest option: your pet’s photo on the front with a soft white back, delivered in 4–8 days. Want your pet on both sides? Choose Both sides for +$10. Double-sided pillows are made to order and take about a week longer, and the delivery date shown updates when you choose it.
How do I upload my photo?
In the builder at the top of this page, tap Upload your pet’s photo and choose a photo from your phone or computer (up to 20 MB).
How do I choose the right style?
Pet-Shaped is cut to your pet’s full outline and is our most lifelike pillow. Face Pillow is just the face. With Name is a square pillow with your pet’s portrait and name. Memorial is a keepsake with a ‘When you miss me’ message.
How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Add 3 pillows to your cart – any styles, one photo each – and the lowest-priced one is free. It’s applied automatically at checkout, no code needed. With 2 pillows you save 20%. Discounts don’t stack: if another offer saves you more, checkout applies the bigger saving.
