How are the pillow sizes measured?
All pillow sizes are measured by the longest side of the finished pillow. Because each pillow is custom-shaped and hand-cut, the final size may vary slightly.

• 10 in (25 cm) – Small keepsake size. Ideal for desks, shelves, or gifting.

• 16 in (40 cm) – Great everyday size for sofas, beds, and cuddling.

• 24 in (60 cm) – Our largest and most huggable size. Best for sleeping, snuggling, or a bold display piece.

A size reference image is included to help you choose the best fit.

What kind of photo should I upload?
Please upload a clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet’s eye level. Avoid blurry images, harsh shadows, filters, or photos where any part of your pet is cut off. Higher-quality photos help us achieve the best results.

If you only have one photo, or if your pet has passed away, you may still upload that image. Our artists will do their best to enhance and adjust it to create a beautiful design.

Will I see a preview before my pillow is made?
Yes. You will receive a free digital preview for approval before production. You can review it and request adjustments if needed. Production begins only after you approve the design.

What materials are used?
The pillow is made from soft plush fabric and filled with premium PP cotton. It is designed to be comfortable, durable, and suitable for everyday use.

Will the pillow look exactly like my pet?
Each pillow is custom-made using the photo you upload. Our designers carefully follow your pet’s shape, markings, and expression. Because every photo is unique, minor variations may occur, but the final result is created to look lifelike and true to your pet.
