How does the custom pet pillow work?

Choose your style and size, upload a photo, and our designers prepare your artwork. We email you a free preview – once you approve it, we print, sew and ship your pillow from the USA.

Will I see my design before production?

Yes. We email a free digital preview first. Nothing is printed until you approve it.

What photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo taken at your pet’s eye level, with the whole pet in frame. Not sure? Upload it anyway – we check every photo and will contact you if it won’t print well.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 4–8 business days. Your pillow is made and shipped from the USA with tracking, and shipping is free.

What happens if I don’t like my preview?

Just reply with what you’d like changed and we’ll update the design before anything is made.

Can I order multiple pets?

Yes – each pillow is made from one pet photo, so add one pillow per pet and upload each photo separately.

What sizes are available?

Pet-shaped and face pillows come in 12", 16", 20", 24" and 28" (measured on the longest side). Pillows with a name and memorial pillows come in 14" to 20" squares. 20" is our most popular size.

How do I upload my photo?

In the builder at the top of this page, tap Upload your pet’s photo and choose a photo from your phone or computer (up to 20 MB).

How do I choose the right style?

Pet-Shaped is cut to your pet’s full outline and is our most lifelike, most-loved pillow. Face Pillow is just the face. With Name is a square pillow with your pet’s portrait and name. Memorial is a keepsake with a ‘When you miss me’ message.

How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
