• Get close: Fill the frame so we can capture your pet’s unique features, including facial details and markings.
  
• One pet per photo: Please upload one pet per image for the best quality.
  
• Keep it sharp: Avoid blurry or low-resolution photos.
  

If you only have one photo, or if your pet has passed away, you may absolutely upload that photo. Our artists will carefully enhance and adjust it to create the best possible design.

Every photo is personally reviewed by our team, and you’ll receive a free digital preview for approval before production. If your image doesn’t meet our printing standards, we’ll contact you and help select a better option.

• Production starts only after your approval

• You may cancel or request changes within 24 hours of placing your order, at no cost
• Once production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible
• Late changes may require a small 20% production fee, as each item is custom-crafted
